Momentum ("we", "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of visitors to its website and individuals who submit a project request to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is used and protected, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
1. Information we collect
When you fill out our project form, we collect the following information:
- Name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Industry and project type
- Description of your needs
- Approximate budget and timeline (optional)
We do not collect any financial information (credit card, banking details) through this site.
2. Why we collect this information
This information is used solely to:
- Respond to your project request and communicate with you
- Assess the feasibility and scope of a potential project
- Maintain administrative follow-up of our exchanges
We never use your information for advertising purposes, and we never sell it to any third party.
3. Data storage and retention
Requests submitted through our form are securely stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers, a cloud service protected by authentication. Access to this data is restricted to the Momentum team. Information is retained for as long as necessary to process your request, then securely deleted or archived once no longer required.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our site uses cookies essential to the proper functioning of the project form and to remembering your consent preferences. We also use Google Fonts to display the site's typography, which may result in your IP address being sent to Google's servers. No advertising tracking cookies are used on this site.
You can manage your preferences at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the site.
5. Sharing of information
We do not share your personal information with any third party, except for our technical service providers (such as Google Firebase, which hosts our data) acting strictly as processors, solely to allow us to operate this site.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Law 25, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
- Withdraw your consent to the collection or use of your information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations
- File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI)
